The Ultrasound Global LCD Arm-LOGIQ E9 is having the display arm to have mounting bracket with cables. The counter balance adjustment of the arm is performed for the load up to 4kg. There are two tie points on each side of the arm which is HDMI cable on near side and Power/USB cable near far side and also has two stripes on cables are closest to display end align with tie points. The cords and cable management clips are securely installed into the arm. This reduces the problems, which we get from hanging cables. The entire LCD arm assembly contains a pan arm, LCD mounting bracket, arm female mounting post and cables. This arm is also having the cover kit as the spare part which has lift arm cover right, lift arm cover left, joint cover, extension arm cover, rotation limit screw and pan arm down cover. The Pan arm cover is for the pan arm with down offset. All these cover kits are spare parts which are packaged individually and the protective bag for these parts are labelled with GE part number.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
