Product Overview
The DASH 5000 Front/DAS Label Kit, All LanGauges is one of the label parts of the Field Replaceable Unit. It comes on the front part of the Dash 5000™ Patient Monitor. It comprises of the Label Dash FRU Shipping, Bag Reclosable, INSTR Field Replacement Unit and KIT LBL-FRU/UPG Dash Masimo Superstat. This label is available in many other lanGauges like French, Spanish, Dutch, German, Swedish, Italian, Danish, but this label is in English. The symbols on the labels are clear and perfectly scaled with respect to the label size. The adhesive used in the label is a pressure sensitive adhesive which means no external factor like solvent, water or heat is required to activate the adhesive. The adhesive has excellent shear strength which minimizes edge lifting or slippage of label. The Dash patient monitor is the portable monitoring device with a built-in writer, or as a flexible care monitoring device connected to the optional Carescape™ Network. The device is designed to monitor a fixed set of parameters including ECG, noninvasive blood pressure, impedance respiration, SpO2 and temperature.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
