Product Overview
The Dash Thermal Recorder Flex provides connectivity between the Dash CPU/Power Management, the thermal writer, speaker and alarm. The assembly consists of four connectors. The J1 connector is a 3-pin connector used to connect with alarm. J2 is a 2-pin connector for speaker, J3 and J4 are 40-pin connectors used for CPU and power management of thermal writer. The raw flex is 100% continuity tested, which ensures that the board is free from shorts and opens. The board is manufactured using polyimide as base material and has 1 ounce base copper at both the sides. The unique composition of the base material possesses good thermal and chemical resistance. The manufacturing process helps to achieve good product consistency. Surface finish is provided with electroless nickel/gold and the stiffener boards are attached with flex using thermal set acrylic adhesive. This writer flex assembly is to be used with GE patient monitors DASH 3000/4000/5000.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
